Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide On-Board Video Surveillance System (OBVSS) services for school transportation vehicles operated by the Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) in Okinawa, Japan. The primary goal is to ensure student safety during transportation.

The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, tools, equipment, parts, and transportation necessary for the maintenance, repair, removal, and installation of OBVSS systems on DoWEA school vehicles. This includes:

• Providing and maintaining integrated school bus video camera recording systems.

• Removing and reinstalling existing OBVSS equipment from retired or replacement vehicles.

• Training designated government employees on system operation and maintenance.

• Providing Windows 11 compatible digital video playback software.
