The solicitation closing date was extended to April 13, 2026. Clarifications regarding OEM for fin stabilizers indicate David Brehm ((410) 977-9080) as the SME, noting hull units are not a Quantum product. Previous clarifications addressed welding documentation page limits, past performance requirements, OEM contacts for anchor windlass, drawing references for various work items, riser renewal, interference drawings, fuel disposal, and ready service locker installation.
