Special Requirements
Contractor personnel must be ICEEFT certified EFCT trainers. The Program Manager and Alternate PM must also meet ICEEFT certification and hold a current clinical mental health/counseling license (LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW). Personnel must be U.S. citizens (unless specific approvals are granted) and proficient in English. The contractor is required to develop and maintain a Quality Control System (QCS) and submit a Quality Control Plan (QCP) with their proposal. Personnel must complete Anti-Terrorism (AT) Level I Training and iWATCH Training, and comply with OSHA and environmental safety regulations.
