Eligibility & Evaluation
This acquisition is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote represents the Best Value to the Government, based on the following factors in descending order of importance:

Mandatory requirements include CMMC Level 1 Certification for handling Federal Contract Information (FCI) or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Contractor personnel must be ICEEFT certified EFCT trainers, and the Program Manager (PM) and Alternate PM (APM) must hold an active unrestricted clinical mental health/counseling license in addition to ICEEFT certification.
