- Removal and disposal of existing shingle and torch-down roofing systems.
- Replacement of any damaged 5/8" CDX plywood decking (alternate bid item).
- Installation of a new TPO roofing system, including a 60-mil single-ply membrane, 1/2" high-density polyisocyanurate cover board and insulation, and a 30-mil self-adhered vapor retarder.
- Installation of new 20-gauge metal coping caps with drip edges on all parapet walls.
- Protection of existing skylights, grounding systems, radio equipment, antennas, and satellite internet during work.
