Scope of Work

Contract Details
This is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order. The anticipated contract Period of Performance is April 15, 2026, to May 15, 2026, with project completion required within 30 days of the Notice to Proceed. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM MT. Bidders must adhere to the DOL Wage Determination (ND20260017) for Sioux County, North Dakota, which specifies prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits for various construction trades. A minimum one-year warranty on workmanship and installation is required.
