This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Electrical Repairs & Upgrades at Annex Freedom Hall for the U.S. Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract or purchase order to the responsible company submitting the most acceptable offer at the lowest price.

• Upgrade and expand the existing electrical infrastructure to support new office loads.

• Work includes AC power provisions, distribution panel upgrades, LED lighting replacement, workstation circuits, cable routing, terminations, and coordination with mechanical and civil disciplines.

• Specific tasks include installing dedicated power circuits for AC units, termination boxes, conduits, cable trays, risers, and pull boxes.

• Supply and install Schneider Electric Disbo flush-mounted electrical distribution panels.

• Supply a diesel storage tank for a USG-provided generator and construct a concrete pad for the generator and ATS.

• All work must comply with National Electrical Code (NEC), International Building Code (IBC), OBO Design Standards, OSHA 29 CFR 1926, host nation codes, and U.S. Government safety and security procedures.

• Contract Type: Firm-fixed-price.

• Period of Performance: 45 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP).

• Payment: In Saudi Riyals (SAR).
