Contractors are responsible for downloading the RFQ and monitoring amendments. If not a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) item, compliance with NIST SP 800-171 (DFARS 252.204-7019) is required, with a current assessment (not more than 3 years old). Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) credentials are required for base access for deliveries. Supply chain traceability documentation must be retained for five years.
