All services must comply with the most recent version of ANSI/NETA Maintenance Testing Standard (MTS), ANSI A17.1, A.17.2, and A.17.3. The scope includes furnishing all personnel, equipment, supplies, and materials, with all replacement components being new. Contractors must be licensed in elevator repair with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Detailed elevator specifications for all sites have been provided through amendments.
