Eligibility & Submission

This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offerors must possess an active license to perform work in Washington, DC, and have at least seven years of professional experience in the Scope of Work. Electrical contractors/subcontractors require a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Proposals must be submitted via email to Deatrice.Luck@usdoj.gov by Friday, May 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. Submissions must include separate Technical (with and without company info) and Pricing Proposals, with three distinct pricing proposals corresponding to the required schedule scenarios. A signed copy of all amendments, including Amendment 05, must accompany the proposal.
