• Vehicle Information: Note if operating buses/shuttles/limos. Ubers/Lyft/Taxis are not permitted.
• Real ID Act: State-issued IDs marked "Not for Federal Identification" or similar require a secondary ID. A list of acceptable secondary IDs is provided.
• Denial of Access: Reasons for denial include active warrants, certain criminal convictions (e.g., sexual offenses, terrorism, felonies within 10 years), registered sex offender status, inability to verify identity, or being barred from entry.

• Adherence to ITIL best practices for IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Management of Government Furnished Property (GFP).
• Strict adherence to security requirements, including personnel clearances (SECRET and TOP SECRET), Common Access Cards (CACs), and System Authorization Access Request (SAAR-N) forms.
• U.S. citizenship is required for personnel performing under this contract.
• On-site support is required at Government sites during core hours, with potential for after-hours support.
