Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To reclaim two orphaned oil and gas well sites within Cuyahoga Valley National Park using FY25 BIL-ECRP funds. This involves plugging and abandonment of the wells, which were drilled and produced before the park's establishment.

• Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, and transportation necessary to replug and abandon the wells.
