This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services for the complete removal and replacement of the roofing system on the Outside Powerhouse at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Englewood, located at 9595 W. Quincy Avenue, Littleton, CO 80123. The acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.

• Removal of approximately 12,000 sq ft of existing roofing.

• Installation of a new fully adhered TPO roofing system (approx. 11,500 sq ft over metal decking and 500 sq ft over concrete decking).

• Work includes all associated roofing components (insulation, flashings, copings, drainage, gutters, downspouts, sealants, primers, adhesives, substrate materials, vapor protection, walkway protection, etc.).

• All work must comply with manufacturer's specifications, applicable codes, and project specifications (Divisions 01, 02, and 07).

• Provide a manufacturer's assembly letter confirming a 20-year warranty and 100-mph wind rating.

• Anticipated award type: Firm-fixed-price.

• Project magnitude is estimated between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.

• Offers will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.
