Scope of Work
The requirement is for one (1) Setaflash Series 8 C/Cup (Model Number: 82100-2) Flash Point Tester. This system is intended for use as a portable fuel testing laboratory at Tyndall Air Force Base, FL, to perform critical aviation fuel quality control tests. Key requirements include:
- Compliance with ASTM D7236 and current AFPET approval.
- Results in under 2 minutes with a sample size of 4 ml or less.
- Operating range of -30°C to 135°C without external cooling.
- Internal memory for at least 100,000 test results with USB data export.
- Internal barometer for automatic barometric pressure correction.
- Includes Flash Detector, High Temperature Ignitor, Sample Well O-Ring Ekraz, 2 ml Syringe, Serial Printer, Printer Paper, and a Shipping Case.
- A hand-held digital thermometer (model 816.00 734.40) with NIST traceable, ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration report.
