Purpose & Scope
The objective is to develop, maintain, and deliver an up-to-date, comprehensive, and integrated FM training program to produce combat mission-ready FMs who can plan and monitor global airlift missions. This includes Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Aircraft Dispatcher Certification training, sustainment training, and requalification. The contractor will track, schedule, and document all training, update courseware, and provide timely support across three shifts, including just-in-time training for new Mission Design Series (MDS). The scope also covers coordinating initial network access, managing Flight Management software accounts, and maintaining 33 computer workstations in the training facility.
