Scope of Work
The contractor will provide non-personal services for the lease of 135 MFDs across Fort Bliss, TX; McGregor Range, NM; and Dona Ana complex, NM. The MFDs must meet specific salient characteristics, including color printing, copy/scan functionality, CAC Smartcard enablement, and standard finishing capabilities. A full-service maintenance agreement is required for each device, covering all service and supplies such as print consumables, toner, developer, dry ink, cleaning rollers, filters, staples, and hard-drive removal. The Army will retain ownership of hard drives at the end of the lease.
The requirement includes:
- 24 MFDs (Volume Band I, Color) with estimated 10,000 copies/month.
- 57 MFDs (Volume Band II, Color) with estimated 5,000-10,000 copies/month.
- 54 MFDs (Volume Band III, Black and White) with estimated 5,000-10,000 copies/month.
MFDs must be A3 size, floor-standing, network-ready, and capable of 11"x17" output. They must be NEC compatible, meet NIPR network security, and comply with DISA STIG and FIPS standards. Performance standards include technician response times (2-4 hours), equipment replacement policies, and a required Quality Control Plan (QCP).
