To provide and install low profile utility bodies on two Government-provided 2024 Dodge Ram 3500 4x4 single rear wheel chassis.

• Installation of a low profile utility body on specified Government-furnished truck chassis (Six Rivers Equipment numbers EN-1264 and EN-1263).

• Contractor shall provide all necessary supplies, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision.

• All supplies and materials must conform to applicable Federal specifications and standards.

• Substructure: One-piece continuous torsion-box frame.

• Body Fabrication: Minimum A-40 galvanneal steel.

• Compartments: Integral full compartment length drip rail, formed fronts with continuous channel for weather-tight door seal.

• Interior: Two adjustable divider tracks per vertical compartment for shelving.

• Door Gaskets: Continuous black closed cell neoprene, D-shaped open center gasket with adhesive back; small gasket on inside of door for double seal. Sectional, foam, or closed center gaskets are not acceptable.

• Bed Floor: 1/8" diamond plate steel, 2" bend along inner sidewalls, completely flat, no wheel riser boxes.

• Body Height: 34"

• Overall Length (OAL): 98" plus bumper

• Overall Width (OAW): 81"

• Compartment Depth: Minimum 16"

• Passenger's Side Compartments: (1) Forward vertical (34"W x 36"H), (1) Horizontal over wheel well (64"W x 16"H), (1) Lower rear (20.5"W x 18"H).

• Driver's Side Compartments: (1) Forward vertical (34"W x 36"H), (1) Horizontal over wheel well (64"W x 16"H), (1) Lower rear (20.5"W x 18"H).

• Doors: Double panel lap type, 18 gauge outer, 20-gauge inner, seal welded.

• Hinges: Full-length stainless steel 5/16" hinge with stainless steel pin and tumbled stainless hinge block.

• Locking Mechanism: Vertically hinged doors have over-center spring door check and locking polished stainless-steel T-handle with 3-point locking mechanism. Horizontally hinged doors also have this, with the driver's side horizontal compartment having two handles.

• Shelving: Two (2) adjustable shelves in each vertical compartment; no shelving in horizontal or lower rear compartments.

• Lighting: Full length LED strip lighting in each exterior compartment, removable, maximum 2-1/2" spacing between diodes.

• Body Protection Panels: 1/8-inch-thick polished aluminum tread plate on outboard lower front portion.

• Tailgate & Bumper: 12"H fold down rear tailgate (no advertising), diamond plate rear bumper (not attached to body).

• Non-Skid Coating: Applied to top exterior surface, bed area, and tailgate interior.

• Back Up Alarm: Electronic audible alarm to be provided and installed.

• Receiver Hitch: Class 4 hitch with 7way flat pin plug.

• Back Up Camera: To be installed.

• Finish and Paint: Full undercoating, prime paint, and finish paint to match cab.

• Completion Time: 180 business days from date of award.

• Travel: If vendor is located in Redding or within 150 miles of Eureka, CA, the Government will deliver chassis. Outside this radius, the vendor is responsible for pickup and delivery.

• Contractor's Key Personnel: Certified Technician.

• Security: Secure the vehicle while in vendor possession.

• Warranty: Five (5) years for materials and workmanship, excluding component parts warranted separately by manufacturers or subject to normal wear and tear.

Amendment / Modification

This amendment (0001) to Solicitation 127EAY26Q0025 modifies the original solicitation by:

• Correcting specifications previously provided in the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.
