This solicitation seeks non-personal services for a "Protection 1 Risk-Share Comprehensive Service Agreement" for the maintenance and repair of Draeger branded medical equipment used at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) in Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The services include scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including emergency repairs, and cover all travel, labor, parts, and materials (excluding user consumables). The government will not exercise supervision or control over the contractor's service providers.

• Provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair services for Draeger medical equipment.

• Services include cleaning, calibrating, lubricating, and aligning mechanical and optical components.

• Perform services according to manufacturer's specifications, either semiannually or annually for scheduled maintenance.

• For unscheduled services, provide a 1-hour telephonic response and on-site service the next business day with repair parts.

• Contractor personnel must have required security clearances and access passes.

• Field service technicians must be authorized, certified, and have at least two years of experience.

• Contract Type: To be determined by CCE and the customer.

• Period of Performance: Base Year (12 months) plus two (2) 12-month option years. Base Year: April 4, 2026 - March 3, 2027. Option Year 1: April 4, 2027 - March 3, 2028. Option Year 2: April 4, 2028 - March 3, 2029. FAR 52.217-8 option extends to September 3, 2030.

• Pricing Arrangement: Firm Fixed Price.

• Offer Due Date: March 31, 2026, 2:00 PM Central Standard Time.
