Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services for the installation and support of the ScriptPro system. Key components include a Robotic Prescription Dispensing System (CRS 150), Enterprise HCI 2000 Platform, Workflow Management System Software 2.0, Pharmacy Services Portal Module, Pharmacy Workstations, and various peripheral devices (e.g., Zebra ZD621-2P Printer, SP Kiosk, Eyecon 9430). The system must interface with VISTA, CPRS, and Pharmacy Program Management. Deliverables encompass installation, system integration and testing, staff training, go-live support, and operational readiness documentation. The contract also includes 12 months of subscription and support services, requiring ScriptPro certified technicians and OEM parts. A mandatory site visit is required prior to contract award.
Contract Details
This will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract awarded to a single responsible Offeror. The period of performance includes a base period of 90 Days ARO for installation, with subscription and support services extending to 455 Days ARO. This is a Brand Name Only acquisition for ScriptPro USA Inc. or its authorized reseller, Veterans Healthcare Supply Solutions (VHSS), justified by the proprietary nature of the system and the need for compatibility with existing VA infrastructure at Dallas VAMC and other VA facilities.
Eligibility & Set-Aside
This requirement is 100% set aside for Small Business entities under FAR 19.5. Offerors must be verified and registered in SAM and SBA.
