Scope of Work
The anticipated services include:
- Atlassian Ecosystem Administration: Comprehensive support for Confluence and Jira within the NAVSEA Fusion environment, including space design, scripting, workflow customization, security, and data management.
- Integrated Operations Support: Assisting SWRMC, MARMC, and NSWC Dahlgren in leveraging Jira, Confluence, and Power BI for tracking, management, and reporting of operational activities.
- Project Integration Services: Ensuring seamless interoperability between SWRMC's operational platforms, specifically bidirectional communication between Jira and the Navy Maintenance Database (NMD), and integration with the Ship Maintenance Data Improvement Initiative (SMDII) database.
- User Manuals, Training, and Project Documentation: Developing and refining user guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and providing training for the Fusion platform.
- Systems Analysis: Delivering services to refine and expand capabilities for tracking and managing ship repair efforts, focusing on integration and optimization within NAVSEA Fusion Jira.
- Enhanced Data Visualization: Integrating Jira with Power BI to create visually engaging and interpretable information for management decision-making.

Interested vendors must submit a capability statement (not exceeding five pages) demonstrating their ability to perform the described services. The statement must include:
