Scope of Work
The selected contractor will augment AFE assets and personnel to meet artist performance requirements for concerts scheduled from July 13, 2026, through September 30, 2026. Key responsibilities include:
- Advancing all scheduled artists and identifying total production support requirements.
- Providing all technical equipment, personnel (minimum 16 staff including Production Manager, Audio Technician, Lighting Director, etc.), and transportation as detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Ensuring contractor-supplied technical personnel possess the necessary skills for transporting, setting up, operating, and tearing down complete Audio, Video, Lighting, and Staging Systems, and can pass base entry security requirements.
- Coordinating with the AFE Technical Director to validate equipment interfacing.
AFE will provide their identified equipment and any additional items required by artist riders not supplied by the contractor. The concerts are planned for Fairchild AFB, WA; Malmstrom AFB, MT; Buckley SFB, CO; Ellsworth AFB, SD; JB MDL, NJ; and Dover AFB, DE.
