Scope of Work

Specific tasks involve flow control, blower maintenance, air diffuser operation, activated sludge aeration, clarifier cleaning, air-lift pump operation, filtration cleaning, disinfection control, and effluent testing. All work must comply with industry standards (AWWA, ANSI, SDS, ASTM, NFPA, UL, IEEE, NEMA, OSHA) and manufacturer O&M instructions. Submission Requirements

Additional Notes
A virtual pre-quotation conference was held on April 21, 2026. Minutes and Q&A from this conference, including clarifications on chlorine requirements and the inability to organize site visits, have been issued as an amendment. Vendors are responsible for receiving and acknowledging all amendments. Only a quote for DBA Insurance is required at this stage.
