Facility Requirements

- Already have an active residential treatment program.
- Pass an inspection by the VA New Jersey Health Care System prior to award.
- Be centrally located, near public transportation, and near employment areas.
- Be located within Northern or Central New Jersey in one of the following counties: Bergen, Elizabeth, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Warren.
