Scope of Work

- Student Resources: Digital materials for 9-week courses (grades 6-8) and 0.5-credit courses (grades 9-12), aligned to National Health Education Standards. Five 1-year subscriptions are required.
- Educator Resources & Assessments: Five 1-year subscriptions for teachers and subject-matter experts, including standards alignment, scope and sequence, instructional strategies, and formative/summative assessments.
- Professional Learning: Synchronous webinars (15 hours each) for grades 6-8 and 9-12 teachers during Base Year 1.
- Technical Support: Industry-standard technical support.
All resources must be COTS, 100% digital, research-based, Section 508 compliant, and compatible with DoDEA's virtual learning environment (Schoology, Google Classroom, ClassLink). Cybersecurity requirements include FedRAMP Level 2 compliance and US-based data centers.

Digital access to resources for 8 evaluators is mandatory for technical evaluation.
