Evaluation
GBRD is an integrated acquisition enterprise founded on a unique "compete and collaborate" model. Multiple Offerors will be awarded OTAs to compete on individual designs while simultaneously collaborating on a common, government-owned architectural baseline. All Offerors will operate within a single Authoritative Digital Ecosystem, with designs objectively assessed by an independent Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) Validator.
