Weed control via herbicide application (requiring certified personnel) and operation/maintenance of irrigation systems are also included. Submission & Evaluation

Offerors must disregard any PIEE submission guidance. A detailed price breakdown in a password-protected Excel spreadsheet is required.
Award will be made to the Lowest-Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror. Evaluation factors include:
- Technical Capability: Requires a clear, feasible, and compliant approach to the PWS, including staffing, management, phase-in plans, and specific certifications (Georgia herbicide, landscape experience, memorial/cemetery maintenance experience). State licenses, certifications, and proof of 3-year corporate or personnel experience are excluded from the 10-page limit for Volume II.

Important Notes
Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov. Compliance with Service Contract Act Wage Determinations (WD #2015-4511 Rev No. 33, WD #2015-4491 Rev No. 33, WD #2015-4485 Rev No. 30) is mandatory for labor costs.
