Quick Summary

The General Services Administration (GSA) Center for Charge Card Management (CCCM) is hosting a virtual Industry Day event from May 19-21, 2026, to collaborate with stakeholders on the future GSA SmartPay® program and its potential acquisition, tentatively named GSA SmartPay 4 (SP4). This event is for market research and acquisition planning purposes only, not a solicitation. An RFI is estimated to be published in early April 2026.

Purpose & Scope

The GSA SmartPay program provides commercial charge card and payment services to approximately 250 federal agencies and eligible organizations. CCCM is conducting market research for the next iteration of the GSA SmartPay master contract(s). The Industry Day aims to gather information on industry capabilities and feedback on the current GSA SmartPay 3 master contract.

Event Details

  • Day 1 (May 19, 2026, 8am-5pm ET): Open to all stakeholders. Learn about GSA programs (e.g., GSA Advantage, GO.gov, FedRAMP) that interface with SmartPay. Hear from government agencies about their program needs, missions, challenges, and future expectations. Industry partners may ask questions about the RFI, GSA programs, and agency presentations.
  • Days 2 & 3 (May 20-21, 2026): Breakout sessions where industry partners can present an overview of their offerings and tools to GSA and agency personnel. These sessions are limited to the presenting industry partner and government staff.
