Purpose & Scope
The GSA SmartPay program provides commercial charge card and payment services to approximately 250 federal agencies. This Industry Day aims to gather information on industry capabilities and feedback on the current GSA SmartPay 3 master contract, specifically referencing RFI 2 - Next Generation of the GSA SmartPay® Master Contract (Notice ID: 47QRAB26N0002).
The event is structured as follows:
- Day 1 (May 19, 2026): All stakeholders will learn about GSA programs (e.g., GSA Advantage, GO.gov, FedRAMP) and hear from government agencies regarding their program needs, challenges, and future expectations. Industry partners may ask questions.
- Days 2 & 3 (May 20-21, 2026): Breakout sessions will allow interested industry partners to present an overview of their offerings and tools directly to GSA and agency personnel. These sessions are limited to the presenting industry partner and government staff.
Participation & Registration
- Attendee Limit: Each interested company may have up to ten (10) representatives attend virtually.
- Presentations: Companies interested in providing a virtual presentation during breakout sessions must indicate this on the registration form. Presentation slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Companies will be notified of their presentation time slot by April 29, 2026.
- Registration Deadline: All interested participants must submit their completed registration forms by Wednesday, April 22, 2026.
- Submission: Forms must be emailed to SPcard@gsa.gov and lora.bradford@gsa.gov with the subject line "Registration: GSA SmartPay Virtual Industry Day Event". The GSA SmartPay Registration Form-04.03.2026.xlsx document provides the necessary form and instructions.
