- Service Plans: Nineteen (19) domestic and one (1) international service plan for smartphones, offering unlimited voice, text, data, tethering, and Wi-Fi. Dumbphones require unlimited voice and SMS capabilities with reliable coverage across Guam.
- Support Services: GSM SIM cards, activation, shipping, data transfer instructions, quarterly upgrade eligibility, device refresh after 24 months, administrative control over device applications, and comprehensive warranty support (including accidental damage, 24/7 support, and no-cost refurbished replacements).
