- Eligibility: Offerors must be an FAA certified 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station with experience servicing Gulfstream aircraft. A Gulfstream-owned service center is not required. The facility must be located within the contiguous United States. Offerors should hold or be compliant with AS9100 or an equivalent Quality Management Standard.
- Evaluation: Award will be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) responsible offeror, based on Technical Acceptability and Price. Technical approach (max 15 pages, excluding cover/TOC) must detail capability, schedule, location, and certifications. Pricing for CLINs 0001-0006 will be evaluated, and labor rates for CLIN 0007 will be assessed for reasonableness.
