Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services for Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) Maintenance and Repair. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking contractors to provide on-site full maintenance and repair services for government-owned ATS units at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center.

• Provide on-site full preventative maintenance inspections (PMI's) and intervening service calls for 47 government-owned ATS units.

• Perform 24/7 on-call maintenance and minor repairs.

• Conduct annual preventative maintenance inspections (PMI's) including functional transfer switch tests with generator operation.

• Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision.
