  • Repair Services: Unscheduled and emergency repairs to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Testing: Annual no-load tests and a full load test every five years.
  • Emergency Response: 24/7 emergency response with a three-hour on-site response time for critical situations (e.g., trapped persons, fire, inoperative elevator).
