Services include furnishing safe, clean, functional, and fully equipped accommodations, facility management, housekeeping, maintenance, emergency response, furnishings, utilities, and amenities. The objective is to provide a turnkey lodging solution ensuring comfort and reliability for the 366th Fighter Wing.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Multiple-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Firm Fixed-Price calls.
- Period of Performance: The BPA will have an overall ordering period of five years from the date of award. Individual task order PoPs will be established separately.

- Payment Terms: NET 30.
Submission & Evaluation

- Submission Method: E-mailed to the addresses provided on page one of the solicitation.
- Page Limit: Submissions, including technical proposals, shall not exceed 10 pages. .zip files are not acceptable.
- Evaluation Factors: Technical Capability, Price, and Past Performance.
- Award Basis: Best value to the Government. Technical Capability and Past Performance will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis. Past performance exceeding 3 years will not be evaluated.
- Pricing Validity: Quotes must be valid for 60 days from the due date.
Eligibility & Set-Aside
This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award. The Government intends to make two awards under the BPA: one for Mountain Home, Idaho, and one for Boise, Idaho, to technically acceptable and responsible offerors.
