Scope of Work

  • Daily Cleaning: Covers approximately 18,000 sq ft of office space, conference rooms, hallways, common areas, and six restrooms. Tasks include dusting, trash removal, cleaning of sinks, water fountains, break rooms, microwaves, and interior/exterior glass. Services are performed Monday through Friday, after working hours (1730-0700).
  • Periodic Scheduled Services: Includes carpet cleaning (twice annually), floor strip and wax (twice annually), and interior/exterior window washing (twice annually). These are scheduled on weekends with COR approval.
  • Restroom Services: Daily cleaning and disinfection, ensuring odor-free and stocked facilities.
  • Additional Areas: Includes two smaller offices (approx. 500 sq ft each), warehouse, warehouse bathrooms, Radio Shop, and Fleet Offices.

Key Requirements

Contractors must develop and maintain a Quality Control Program (QCP), adhere to a 95% Acceptable Quality Level (AQL), and use bio-based cleaning products where practical.
