Special Requirements & Notes
Services are to be provided daily, Monday through Friday, after working hours (5:30 PM - 7:00 AM). Window washing, carpet cleaning, and floor strip/wax are scheduled on weekends with COR approval. Contractors must use bio-based cleaning products where practical, adhere to utility conservation, and comply with OSHA standards. All personnel require background checks and PIV-A cards. A qualified Contract Manager and janitorial staff are required, and a staffing plan must be included in the technical proposal. The Government will provide electricity, water, and specific dumpsters; the contractor is responsible for all other supplies and equipment. Executive Order 14398 (DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors) is applicable.
