Destination to Naval Station Newport, Rhode Island, within 20 weeks of award. Offerors must include shipping charges, provide proof of US shipping (no drop shipping), and confirm all items are new products (no gray market). Unique Item Identifiers (UID) are required for items with a unit acquisition cost of $5,000 or more.
Technical Requirements
CLIN 0001: Subsea Hydraulic Pressure Unit (HPU)
- Operable in subsea environments up to 200 meters.
- Fully operational after 1 month of non-operating submersion in seawater.
- Capable of delivering hydraulic oil at 2000 PSI and 0.5 Gallons per Minute (GPM).
- Powered by a DC battery with a maximum power draw less than 3kW.
- Must include a standard control interface and provide observability of performance during operation.
- Operable in water temperatures between 25°F and 86°F.
CLIN 0002: Hydraulic Powered Linear Actuator
- Operable in subsea environments up to 200 meters.
- Fully operational after 1 month of non-operating submersion in seawater.
- Capable of actuating loads up to 16,000 lbs when operated at 2000 PSI.
- Must hold a load at an extended position without hydraulic pressure, preferably via a mechanical locking device.
- Minimum stroke length of 65 inches.
- Includes automatic load arrest in case of hydraulic pressure loss.
