Scope of Work
This requirement covers the procurement of bottled gases, bulk gases, and tank/equipment rentals, delivered Just-in-Time. Key deliverables include:
- Cylinder Gases: Various technical cylinder gases such as Acetylene, Argon (different concentrations/sizes), Helium, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Propane, and Propylene.
- Bulk Gases: Liquid Argon and Liquid Nitrogen, delivered in contractor-owned cylinders/tanks.
- Cylinder/Tank Rental: Monthly rentals for various contractor-owned gaseous cylinders and bulk tanks (e.g., 160 Liter Dewar, 1500 Liter Micro Bulk, 2000 Liter, 450 Liter, 3000 Liter), including maintenance.
- Services: Technician call-out, emergency delivery, minor repairs, delivery charges, installation/setup/removal, and cylinder loss. The Statement of Work (SOW) specifies compliance with MIL-STD 1411C, MIL-STD 101C, and ANSI/ASQ Z1.4, along with requirements for Certificates of Conformance (COC) and Certificates of Analysis (COA).
