Scope of Work
This FFP IDIQ contract requires the delivery of a wide range of technical cylinder gases (e.g., Acetylene, Argon, Helium, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Propane, Propylene) and bulk gases (Liquid Argon, Liquid Nitrogen) in contractor-owned cylinders or tanks. Services include monthly rental of various gaseous cylinders and dewar tanks, technician call-out, emergency delivery, minor repairs, delivery charges, installation/setup/removal, and cylinder loss. All products must comply with specified military and federal standards, and Certificates of Conformance (COC) for tanks and Certificates of Analysis (COA) for gases are required. Deliveries are generally required within 48 hours of notice.

Important Notes
Offerors must ensure current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). If the contractor is required to implement NIST SP 800-171, a current assessment (not more than 3 years old) is needed, unless items are COTS and identified as such. Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) credentials are required for base access.
