Quick Summary
The Department of the Navy, NAVFACSYSCOM MID-ATLANTIC, is soliciting proposals for a Design-Bid-Build construction project to create the USCG Offshore Patrol Cutters (OPC) Homeport Pier at Naval Station Newport, Newport, RI. This unrestricted, full and open competition opportunity involves the demolition of an existing pier and the construction of a new, modern pier and associated infrastructure to support four OPCs.
