Scope of Work
The requirement includes:
- Two (2) handheld X-ray imagers with specific technical specifications (e.g., 7" FHD display, Android 9, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 160 keV 10W X-ray Tube, minimum 12mm steel penetration, 300mm scan coverage at 125mm).
- Modular transmission panels/arms compatible with the imagers, including accessories.
- Sixteen (16) hours of training for forty (40) students on imager operation, to be conducted in Spanish by OEM certified instructors within 20 calendar days of equipment arrival.
- Shipping charges to designated delivery locations.
Contract Details & Requirements
This is a Solicitation using commercial item procedures under FAR Part 12 and 13.5. The NAICS code is 334118 (Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing) and PSC is 6635 (Physical Properties Testing And Inspection).
- Delivery: Within 30 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO).
- Warranty: Minimum 12-month warranty from delivery, with local support in Bogotá, Colombia (2-hour response, 48-hour repair).
- Delivery Locations: INL warehouse in Bogotá (local vendors) or INL Freight Forwarder in Miami, FL (US vendors).
- Tax Exemption: The U.S. Government is exempt from VAT/IVA; contractors must provide goods/services tax-exempt.
- Export Compliance: Contractors are responsible for AECA/ITAR compliance and obtaining all necessary export licenses.
- Experience: Bidders must demonstrate experience in at least three (3) similar contracts valued over USD $50,000 each.
