- Item 2: Outer Ring: WELD MOCKUP (30 Each) - To be manufactured in accordance with PNS Drawing 2370A0000354, REV ORIG. Each unit must be individually serialized. Both items must meet ASTM B166 (A/R) or B168 (A/R) standards. Freight costs must be included in CLIN 0001. A Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) for "Contract Data Requirement List" (Item 0003) is required with the best lead time possible.

Submission & Evaluation
Offers must be emailed to ina.nason.civ@us.navy.mil. Award will be made to the responsible vendor whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation. Technical Acceptability (meeting specifications and capabilities) and Adherence to Schedule are primary factors. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov/.
Important Notes
- Operations Security (OPSEC): Contractors must comply with stringent OPSEC requirements, including protecting Critical Information and Indicators (CII) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). An OPSEC Plan may be required. Restrictions apply to public disclosure, media contact, and Portable Electronic Device (PED) use at the shipyard.
- Certifications: A Certificate of Compliance (COC) is a mandatory deliverable for both the Inner Ring and Outer Ring components. One COC is required per item (30 units each), submitted via WAWF. This certification must attest to full compliance with contract requirements and be accompanied by all required inspection and test reports.
