Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (RFO) for commercial services to provide Annual Fuel Tank Maintenance and Testing Services. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for these services.

Services include:

• Annual fuel tank maintenance, cleaning, testing, and regulatory compliance.

• Fuel polishing, inspection, and testing.

• Fuel treatment (biocide/algaecide and stabilizer).
