Wage Determination

This document establishes the minimum wage rates and fringe benefits for various occupations employed under service contracts in Wisconsin, specifically within the counties of Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington, and Waukesha.

• Applicable Area: Wisconsin Counties of Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington, and Waukesha.

• Health & Welfare: $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours/week) or $222.00 per week.

• Health & Welfare (EO 13706): $5.09 per hour (up to 40 hours/week) or $203.60 per week.

• Vacation: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 15 years.

• Holidays: Minimum of 11 paid holidays per year.

• Executive Order 13706 (Paid Sick Leave): Applies to contracts awarded on or after January 1, 2017. Contractors must provide 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 56 hours annually.

• Executive Order 13658 (Minimum Wage): Applies to contracts awarded between January 1, 2015, and January 29, 2022 (and not extended after January 30, 2022). Minimum wage is $13.30 per hour (or higher rate from this determination) for 2025.

• Hazardous Pay Differential: An 8% differential applies for high-hazard work (ordnance, explosives), and a 4% differential for low-hazard work.

• Uniform Allowance: Contractors must furnish uniforms or reimburse employees for costs, with specific rates for cleaning/maintenance unless "wash and wear" materials are used.
