This solicitation is for Facility Pressure Washing services at the C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center in Bay Pines, FL. The contract will cover a base year and four option years.

The purpose is to conduct market research and gather information from qualified Small, Disadvantaged, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), and Small Businesses (SB) regarding facility pressure washing services at the C.W. Bill Young VA Healthcare System.

The government requires pressure washing services for the main entrances and walkways of multiple buildings at the C.W. Bill Young VA Healthcare System, covering approximately 155,000 sq. ft. Services include cleaning doors, walls, lights, stairs, curbs, tables, benches, trashcans, walkways, and other specified areas. The work must be performed twice annually (every 6 months), after hours (6:00 pm - 12:00 midnight Mon-Fri, 7:00 am - 6:00 pm weekends), and must use commercial chemical cleaners, followed by hot water rinsing. Proper disposal of chemical-water mix is required. The contractor must replace any items broken during the process and report existing damages.

• The contractor must maintain general liability insurance ($500,000), automobile liability insurance ($300,000), and workers compensation insurance ($1,000,000.00), to be presented with bid proposal.

• Deliverables include Field Reports, Material Data Sheets, and PPE information.

• Contractor must provide a supervisor who speaks English on-site at all times.
