This solicitation is for Janitorial Services at Morristown ATCT, Middleton ATCT, and Lancaster ATCT. The services are critical and must be continued without interruption during times of National Emergency or Incidents of National Significance.

• Furnish all labor, supervision, supplies, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and insurance for janitorial services.

• Services are required in accordance with the attached Statement of Work, Section J.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price

• Period of Performance: Base Year (05/01/2026 - 04/30/2027) with four (4) Option Years.

• The total duration of the contract, including options, must not exceed 66 months (5 years, 6 months).
