Scope of Work

Services include both Standard Routine Services (daily cleaning) and Temporary Additional Services for special events. Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must be submitted electronically to NassauContractingOfficers@state.gov in MS-Word, MS-Excel, or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format. Individual files should not exceed 30MB. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsible offeror. Evaluation criteria include Compliance Review, Technical Acceptability (past performance and experience), Price Evaluation, and Responsibility Determination.
Eligibility & Notes
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to proposal submission. Required documents include SF-1449, Pricing, Representations and Certifications, IRS Form W-14, Proof of SAM Registration, Bahamian Business License, and Bahamian Tax Identification Number.
