Services include cleaning and maintenance of general and private offices, common areas, restrooms, lunch/break rooms, hallways, and laboratories. Daily services are required when the office is open, with potential for 7-day a week and multiple shifts (up to three 8-hour shifts per day) from September through December, with 48 hours' notice. Specific tasks cover floor maintenance, trash removal, interior glass cleaning, drinking fountain cleaning, stairway cleaning, carpet care, spot cleaning, dusting, restroom cleaning and stocking, window cleaning, and vending machine cleaning, with specified daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual frequencies. Emergency or special event janitorial services may be ordered via task order.

- Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the highest technically rated offeror whose price is fair and reasonable and whose past performance is acceptable or neutral. Tradeoffs will not be conducted.
Additional Notes
An optional site visit was held on May 8, 2026. Attendance was not mandatory but encouraged for an in-depth review of the facility. Questions and Answers have been provided through amendments PA01, PA02, and PA03. The contractor must establish a Quality Control Program and adhere to strict key control procedures.
