- CLIN 0002: 15 Electric Washers (8 Kg) for Off-Base Housing Furnishing Inventory.
- CLIN 0003: 60 Electric Dryers (5 Kg) for Unaccompanied Housing/Single Sailor Program.
- CLIN 0004: 75 Dryer Stands.
- CLIN 0005: 35 Refrigerators (3-Compartment).
- CLIN 0006: 15 Combination Microwave Ovens for Off-Base Housing Furnishing Inventory. All offered products must meet or exceed detailed salient characteristics. Delivery is required within 75 calendar days from the lead time event.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.
- Set-Aside: Unrestricted, but restricted to sources duly authorized to operate and do business in JAPAN (DFARS 252.225-7042).
- Buy American Act: DFARS 252.225-7035, Alternate I, applies, giving preference to U.S.-made and qualifying country end products.
- Place of Performance: NAF Atsugi, Ayase, Japan.
Submission & Evaluation

- Required Documents: A signed and completed SF 1449 (including pricing for all CLINs) and technical information (manufacturer's name, part number, official product specification sheet or direct link) for each line item.
- Evaluation: Award will be made on an "All or None" basis to the single vendor submitting the lowest-priced, technically acceptable quote. Technical acceptability requires meeting all salient characteristics.
- CLIN 0003 (Dryer) Clarification: The government prefers a right-side opening door configuration. As a minimum, the offered product's door must be field-reversible; quotes for standard left-opening are acceptable if field-reversible and include conversion instructions.
Additional Notes
The contract is exempt from Japanese Consumption Tax. Payment will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system.
