  • Offerors shall provide chlorinated, powder-free latex or nitrile gloves. Polymer-coated, non-chlorinated options are acceptable if they meet all other specifications.
  • Cream is acceptable as a light color for nitrile gloves only; natural color applies to latex gloves.
• Authorized Reseller: Products must be sourced from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an OEM-authorized distributor. Grey market products are not accepted. Line items may be sourced from different manufacturers.
• Shelf Life: All shipments must have at least 12 months of remaining shelf life at the time of delivery.
• DBIDS Credentialing: The government will provide guidance for freight company driver DBIDS credentialing before the first delivery.
• Berry Amendment: Compliance with the Berry Amendment is not required.
• Buy American Act: Country of origin shall be included in the proposal submission.
• Alternative Items/Colors: Alternative items and colors will not be included.
