• Small business size standard: $45 million.

• A Bid Bond/Offer Guarantee of 20% of the total is required.

• Performance and Payment Bonds (100% of award price) are required within 10 days after award.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Replacement of the existing water system, electrical system, and repaving a loop of the campground.

• Includes replacing all water system components in the well pumphouse (pressure tanks, flow meter, pressure relief, valves, and appurtenances).

• Installation of new 2" HDPE water main throughout the campground and abandonment of the existing water main.

• Electrical upgrades including demolition of existing equipment, new grounding equipment, low-voltage power conductors and cables, cable conduit, box connectors, couplers, installation of new power outlet pedestals, and new circuit breakers.

• Option Item #1: Repaving sections of the campground asphalt road, patching areas where the new water main intersects the road, and replacing existing wheel stops.

• Project Location: From Seeley Lake, Montana, head north on MT-83 for 11.3 miles. The campground will be on the left.

• Period of Performance: July 1, 2026 – December 1, 2027

• Start Work: Estimated to begin July 1, 2026.

• Price Range: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000
